Potatoes with Sucuk

First, quarter the potatoes, sucuk, onion, and bell peppers lengthwise, then slice/ring them. Fry the sucuk in a hot pan until crispy, then add the potatoes and fry until crispy. Add the onions, bell peppers, and a little oil if desired, and fry the onions over medium heat until translucent. Add the tomato paste, fry briefly, then pour in hot water to cover the vegetables. Let it reduce a little longer, season to taste, and serve hot. Flatbread goes very well with it. We often eat it for breakfast, sometimes for dinner. Tip: You can also add a handful of sliced mushrooms along with the bell peppers.
