Turkish White Cheese Cream – Haydari

The perfect turkish white cheese cream – haydari recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • 500 g Feta
  • 1 bunch Fresh dill
  • Alternatively parsley
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  1. Put the feta in a bowl and mash it with a fork, add the yoghurt and mash everything nicely with a fork and mix well.
  2. Remove the garlic and chop it finely or press it through the garlic press, wash the dill or parsley, shake dry, also chop and mix everything with the olive oil and cream.
  3. Since the feta ripens / lies in brine, you can do without salt and taste the cream with pepper from the mill to taste. The best thing to do is to keep a dill flag for the garnish, I forgot.
