Turkish zucchini cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 500 g yogurt, Turkish or whole milk yogurt 3.5%
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and grate the zucchini. Then fry it in 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the yogurt and crème fraîche and add the garlic. Then add the fried zucchini. Season to taste. Tastes delicious with grilled food or simply as a dip.
