Ingredients

  • 5 Discs Fresh ginger
  • 3 Discs Fresh turmeric
  • 3 Cloves
  • 250 ml Water

Instructions

  • The ginger provides a lot of vitamin C and has a very stimulating effect on the circulatory system. Our immune system is particularly happy about this "help" during the cold season. My recipe is perfect for this. Strengthening the immune system is particularly important now.
  • I always cut a few slices of the ginger and turmeric and add 3-4 cloves for a large cup of tea. I bring the water to a boil and pour these ingredients over my teacup. The tea must now steep for at least 15 minutes. I drink the tea without any other ingredients.
  • If you like, you can also add 3 peppercorns, 1/2 piece of cinnamon stick and 1 piece of chilli pepper.
  • If you like, you can sweeten with a little honey and also add a piece of lemon wedge.
