Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 turnip, approx. 300 g
- 1 m.-sized potato(s)
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 300 ml water
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel the onions and potatoes, clean the other vegetables, and chop everything finely. Boil the vegetables in water for about 15-20 minutes. Puree the cooked vegetables, stir in the cream, and season to taste. Serve the turnip and potato soup fresh.
