Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 turnip(s), approx. 600 – 800 g
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 500 g Mett, or bratwurst meat
- 3 m.-sized potatoes
- 2 liters of vegetable broth
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- pepper(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash and peel the turnip, then cut into small cubes. Cook in vegetable broth. Set aside a few turnip cubes and puree the rest. Wash, trim, and finely chop the soup vegetables. Peel and finely dice the potatoes. Add the vegetables to the soup and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Form the minced meat into small balls and simmer gently in the hot soup. Stir in the sour cream before serving, and season again if necessary.
