Turnip Stew from Omi!
The perfect turnip stew from omi! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Planed with a pattern!
- 1 kg Beef soup
- 2 liter Water cold
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 1 Pc. Sliced carrots
- 3 Pc. Spring onion
- 1 Pc. Ginger slice
- 2 Pc. Bay leaves
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- Black pepper from the mill
cut into cubes:
- 1 Pc. Turnip
Sliced (pattern)
- 5 Pc. Peeled waxy potatoes
Beginning!
- Cut the meat into cubes. Put the bones in cold water and bring to the boil. Skimming with the tea strainer.
Prepare everything:
