Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 turnips with greens
- 2 tbsp, heaped soup vegetables
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
- 200 ml water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 2 tsp cumin
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cut the turnips into sticks. Separate the leaves from the stems. Cut the stems into fine sticks. Roughly chop the leaves. Heat the oil in a pan. First, sauté the turnip sticks in the oil, then add the leaf stems, and finally the green leaves. Add all the other ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes.
