Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g flour
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 100 g Parmesan, finely grated
  • 280 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 50 g green olives, chopped
  • 100 g tomatoes, dried, marinated in oil, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Dissolve the yeast with sugar, then knead it in a food processor with the flour, cream cheese, salt, Parmesan cheese, and water until a smooth dough forms. Knead in the olives, oregano, and tomatoes. Let the dough rise for 45-60 minutes. Form the dough into 3 equal-sized baguettes and place them on a baking sheet. Let them rise for another 20 minutes. Spray with water and bake at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes.
