Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 12 basil leaves
- 4 tomatoes, fresh
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200g mozzarella
- n. B. cheese, grated
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Dice the tomatoes, finely chop the onion, coarsely chop the basil, and slice the mozzarella. Toss the diced tomatoes with the onion, basil, and garlic. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and place in a baking dish. Mix in the canned tomatoes and grated cheese (amount to taste). Mix in the diced tomatoes and season lightly with salt and pepper. Arrange the sliced mozzarella on top and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15-20 minutes.
