Two kinds of spaghetti with wild garlic paste

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100g spaghetti
  • 100 g spaghetti with chili and peppers, hot
  • 100 g wild garlic
  • g rapeseed oil
  • Salt, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook both types of spaghetti according to the instructions. Purée the wild garlic and oil in a blender and season with salt. Add a small amount of olive oil to the pan, toss both types of spaghetti, and add as much wild garlic paste as desired. It tastes delicious on its own, but it also goes well with fish, chicken breast, etc. Any leftover wild garlic paste can be stored in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator.
