Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, waxy
- 2 carrots
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 350 ml water
- 1 cube of vegetable stock
- 200 ml cream
- 4 Landjäger
- 200 g bacon
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots, and onions. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry it with the onions in a little oil in a pan. Then add the vegetables to the pan and fry until translucent. Then add the water and stock cube and simmer for about 20 minutes. Once cooked, mash the potatoes with a potato masher until creamy. Then add the cream and the Landjäger sausage (I slice them), bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper, and let stand for another 5 minutes.
