Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 500 g cream cheese
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 5 cloves garlic
- Dill, frozen
- Chives, frozen
- ½ cucumber(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine the low-fat quark, cream quark, yogurt, and sour cream. Core the cucumber and dice it into small pieces. Crush the garlic cloves. Combine the quark mixture with the dill and chives (amounts to taste), the diced cucumber, and the garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
