Ukrainian Style Cheesecake

The perfect ukrainian style cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Quark lean
  • 6 Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 Vanilla / vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Wild berries
  • Butter and breadcrumbs to grease the springform pan
  • Possibly baking paper
  1. Beat all the ingredients in a bowl with a mixer. Grease a springform pan or baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter and sprinkle with berries. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approx. 30 minutes.
