Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 bag of cocktail tomatoes (tomato dwarfs)
- 1 large cucumber(s)
- 2 packs of feta cheese
- 10 Pepper
- 3 onions
- 3 cups of dip (garlic cream) from the refrigerated section
- 3 half bell peppers, red, green and yellow
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 15 olives, green
- Spice mix (gyros spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the ground beef with the gyro seasoning. Halve the cucumber and scoop out the insides with a spoon. Thinly slice the onions (this works great with a cucumber slicer). Dice the remaining ingredients and mix everything together in a bowl. Spread the ground beef on the bottom of a shallow glass bowl and let it cool. Then spread a cup of garlic cream over the ground beef. Now spread the salad ingredients on top (please drain any accumulated liquid first). Finally, spread the remaining 2 cups of garlic cream on top.
