Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 210 g butter
  • 210 g almonds, ground
  • 70 g sugar
  • n. B. Powdered sugar or sugar for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Combine flour, almonds, sugar, and softened butter in a bowl. Mix briefly with a hand mixer, then knead by hand. Let the dough rest for 30-60 minutes. Form the crescent rolls. The dough should be slightly crumbly, as this makes the vanilla crescent rolls especially delicious. Bake at 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat for 10-13 minutes, depending on the oven. Remove from the oven and roll in sugar or powdered sugar. You can also mix the ingredients if you like.
