Prepare a fruit base dish by spreading a thin layer of butter on the raised center and lining it with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan oven). For the batter, beat the eggs in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer on high for 1 minute until frothy. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar and stir in after 1 minute while stirring. Beat the mixture for another 2 minutes. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift, and briefly stir in on the lowest speed. Spread the batter into the prepared fruit base dish and place in the oven for 8 minutes. Carefully loosen the batter from the edges and immediately turn out onto a work surface or a cooling rack. Allow the base to cool and carefully peel off the baking paper. Once cooled, spread the fruit base thinly with jam. Cook the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and spread it on the fruit base while still hot. Allow to cool and cut into 12 pieces.
