Vanilla quark cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 packet of pudding powder (bourbon vanilla flavor)
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream
  • Chocolate sprinkles for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the pudding mix with a little milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil with salt, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Add the pudding mix and whisk until smooth, then bring to a boil. Place the pot in cold water and stir the pudding frequently as it cools. When the pudding is only lukewarm, add the quark and cream and whisk until fluffy. Spoon the quark cream into serving glasses and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
