Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 140 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • n. B. Fresh seasonal fruits for garnishing

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

quick and easy preparation

Take 6 tablespoons of the milk and mix it with the pudding mix, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, add the mixed pudding mix, bring back to a boil, and let cool slightly. Fold the quark into the pudding. Whip the cream until stiff, add the cream stabilizer, and stir it into the pudding-quark mixture. Pour the cream into dessert glasses and chill. Garnish with seasonal fruit.
