Vanilla Tart

The perfect vanilla tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Puff pastry, done
  • 200 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • Brown sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla flavor
  • Fruits of the season
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Press the puff pastry into a buttered muffin tin. Mix the creme fraiche, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla flavor and pour into the muffin tin. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then decorate with powdered sugar or seasonal fruit.
