Aside from that:

  • 1 size Onion, very roughly diced
  • 2 tablespoon Ham cubes
  • 30 g Biskin for frying
  • Pepper salt
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 0,5 dice Gravy
  • Sauce thickener dark
  1. Fry the savoy cabbage rolls in the heated biscuit in a pan and when they have taken the desired color, brown the roughly diced onions in the middle of the pan with the diced ham.
  2. Deglaze with vegetable stock, cover with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn the roulades once and gently simmer for another 10 minutes. Lift the roulades out of the pan and keep them warm until the creamy onion sauce is prepared.
  3. Pour in the cream and bring to the boil vigorously with the chopped meat juices, then stir in the sauce thickener until the sauce has become slightly creamy.
  4. Serve the savoy cabbage rolls with the sauce with small potatoes.
