- 3 El Garlic oil
- 250 g Salami
- 350 g Jagdwurst
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 2 medium-sized Onions
- 2 medium-sized Red peppers
- 5 medium-sized Gherkins
- 2 small doses Tomato paste
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 Tl Mustard medium hot
- Sweet paprika, salt, pepper, garlic,
- Crème fraîche or sour cream
- Lemon fresh
- Dice the salami, hunting sausage, bell pepper and onions. Cut the pickles into slices.
- Fry the Jagdwurst, diced ham and salami in the garlic oil until the Jagdwurst is lightly browned. Now add the onions and peppers and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Season everything and add the tomato paste, deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer until the vegetables are cooked through.
- Add the pickles and mustard to the soup. The soup should now steep for at least 2 hours, only then does it taste good and all ingredients come into their own
- Serve the soup with a dollop of sour cream and a piece of lemon. The lemon juice gives the final kick
