Various Italian Starters

Cauliflower Panetton
- 1 piece Cauliflower fresh
- 3 piece Eggs
- 200 g Parmesan
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Sunflower oil
- 150 g Flour
Calabrese hot peppers
- 7 piece Green peppers
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 5 tablespoon Olive oil
Pomodoro e mozzarella
- 4 piece Tomatoes
- 2 piece Clove of garlic
- 5 piece Basil leaves
- 1 pinch Oregano
- 0,25 teaspoon Salt
- 5 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 piece Mozzarella
Cauliflower Panetton
- Cut the cauliflower into large pieces and cook in salted water until it is firm to the bite. Put the eggs and Parmesan in a bowl. Season to taste with a little black pepper (if you like) and a teaspoon of salt and stir with a whisk. Add cauliflower pieces, mash a little and mix together. Thicken with flour so that a thick mass is formed. Heat some sunflower oil in a pan and always put a tablespoon of the mixture in it as a blob and press it flat. Fry, turning occasionally, until they are nice and yellow-brown.
Calabrese hot peppers
- Grilling green, long, Italian peppers on the grill or black oven. Peel the peppers and pull them into thin strips (like thick spaghetti). Add garlic and salt to taste and serve with olive oil.
Pomodoro e mozzarella
- Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Also chop the basil, press the garlic and put everything together with the mozzarella in a bowl, also mix the basil and oregano to taste with salt.
