Veal Schnitzel with Difference
The perfect veal schnitzel with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Veal schnitzel thinly pounded, the big one is mine
- 1 some Coconut oil
- 200 g Diced wild boar bacon
- 1 piece Diced red onions
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
- 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 piece Chilli red finely chopped
- 50 g Cream
- 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 pinch Herbal salt see my KB
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 150 g Freshly cut mushrooms
- Bread the schnitzel to taste. I took my multi-purpose breadcrumbs, otherwise you don’t need to season it anymore, see here: Multi-purpose breadcrumbs hot
- Then leave out the bacon and add and fry the onions. Now steam the chilli and garlic.
- Finally add the mushrooms and fry them. Let everything cool down, stir in the cream and the cream and season.
- Pour the bacon mixture over the schnitzel and cover and chill.
- Preheat the electric oven to circulating air 170 and let the schnitzel bake bake for about 30 minutes.
- It’s a delicious schnitzel and a mixed salad served with it. Please try it out to your liking.
