Veal Schnitzel with Difference

The perfect veal schnitzel with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Veal schnitzel thinly pounded, the big one is mine
  • 1 some Coconut oil
  • 200 g Diced wild boar bacon
  • 1 piece Diced red onions
  • 2 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 piece Chilli red finely chopped
  • 50 g Cream
  • 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 pinch Herbal salt see my KB
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 150 g Freshly cut mushrooms
  1. Bread the schnitzel to taste. I took my multi-purpose breadcrumbs, otherwise you don’t need to season it anymore, see here: Multi-purpose breadcrumbs hot
  2. Then leave out the bacon and add and fry the onions. Now steam the chilli and garlic.
  3. Finally add the mushrooms and fry them. Let everything cool down, stir in the cream and the cream and season.
  4. Pour the bacon mixture over the schnitzel and cover and chill.
  5. Preheat the electric oven to circulating air 170 and let the schnitzel bake bake for about 30 minutes.
  6. It’s a delicious schnitzel and a mixed salad served with it. Please try it out to your liking.
