- 1 Veal boiled beef
- 2 bunch Root vegetable
- 6 piece Juniper berries
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Clean and wash the veal fillet, put in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil once and then change the water. Add the root vegetables, juniper berries, salt and pepper and cook for another two hours. Cut the vegetables into small pieces to serve.
