Veal Strips with Paprika
The perfect veal strips with paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Veal shell
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 2 tbsp Cognac
- Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- Steak pepper
- Salt
- Cut the meat into narrow strips from the trusted butcher.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Remove the peppers (mine was very large, otherwise take 2) and cut into large pieces.
- Fry the bell peppers and onions in the wok in oil while stirring.
- When the onion is translucent, pull it to the edge and fry the meat in the middle.
- Flambé the meat with cognac.
- Stir in the sour cream and season with steak pepper and salt.
