Veal Strips with Paprika

The perfect veal strips with paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Veal shell
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 2 tbsp Cognac
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • Steak pepper
  • Salt
  1. Cut the meat into narrow strips from the trusted butcher.
  2. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. Remove the peppers (mine was very large, otherwise take 2) and cut into large pieces.
  4. Fry the bell peppers and onions in the wok in oil while stirring.
  5. When the onion is translucent, pull it to the edge and fry the meat in the middle.
  6. Flambé the meat with cognac.
  7. Stir in the sour cream and season with steak pepper and salt.
