Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast or yeast flakes
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 small carrot(s)
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 60 ml water or plant drink

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and finely chop the carrot. Fry both in a pan with oil until golden brown. Then add them to a bowl with the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
