Vegan: Fast Rz: Spinach Tortellini in Tomato Juice

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Tortellini filled with spinach
  • 500 ml Not-From-Concentrate tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp From celery salt *
  • -

Instructions
 

  • Cook the tortellini in salted water, drain the water.
  • Fill up with the juice, season with the celery salt, heat everything, add some seasoning if necessary and just enjoy.
  • Sometimes the job and the daily tasks of everyday life do not really allow elaborate preparation, so something quick has to be done.

Recommended side dish

  • We also had a large salad ... a bit of everything colorful, I put a lot of salads 🙂
