Vegan "herb curd"

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g creamy quark substitute, e.g. quark alternative Simply V
  • 30 g pointed peppers
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • some salt
  • some cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp olive oil
  • some herbs, e.g. parsley, thyme or chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with quark alternative made from almonds, without soy or tofu

Mix the quark alternative with salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil and season to taste. Finely dice the bell pepper and onion and stir in. Finely chop the herbs (of your choice) and stir everything together again. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
