Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 20 mint leaves
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 350 g Ajvar, mild
  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Ras el Hanout
  • 2 tsp zatar (oriental spice mix)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop all ingredients, except the onions, in a blender. Then add the coarsely chopped onions and roughly chop again. Spread this mixture over the lahmacun dough and bake the lahmacun.
