Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms of your choice
- some oil (soybean oil or other vegetable oil)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 250 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth, vegan, instant
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp, leveled potato starch
- some cold water to mix the starch

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
great for spaghetti
Finely chop the onion (best done with a food processor) and fry it in a pan with a little oil until translucent. Clean the mushrooms, chop them finely, and add them to the onions. Once some liquid has released from frying the mushrooms, add the soy cream and stir well. Then add the vegetable stock powder and seasonings and season to taste. Finally, stir in the potato starch mixed with a little water to thicken the sauce slightly. I recommend serving with spaghetti or other pasta.
