Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 480 ml plant milk (plant-based drink) (I prefer oat milk)
- 270 g chickpea flour (regular flour works too)
- 6 tsp nutritional yeast flakes, or vegan grated cheese
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp paprika powder, smoked
- 1 ½ tsp oregano
- 1 ½ tsp Kala Namak
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. This can also be done with a high-speed blender. In a pan with little fat, fry the batter in batches to make 6 omelets. Each serving contains approximately 297 kcal.
