Vegan onion and mince pan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 tbsp oil as desired
  • 500 g onion(s), peeled and weighed
  • 250 g meat substitute for minced meat, vegan*
  • salt and pepper
  • Water, in the same quantity as the vegan mince

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

vegan, no animal minced meat

Quarter the onions and slice them thinly. Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onions until translucent. Then add the minced meat and pour in the specified water. Simmer until cooked through. You can eat it with buckwheat, as you can see in the photo. It’s also good if you stir the buckwheat into the onion and minced meat mixture. *Just search for it online or send me a private message.
