Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of 4 naan breads
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 tsp Ras el Hanout
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- some salt and pepper, black
- some cumin
- some garlic powder
- some oregano
- some thyme
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 mushrooms
- e.g. Pizza melt (vegan pizza cheese) or vegan cheese sauce from the database
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Wash the spring onions, slice them into thin rings, and sauté them in olive oil until translucent. Add the spices, herbs, and tomato paste and roast them. Now add the diced tomatoes and sauté for about a minute, then remove from the heat. Slice the mushrooms. Spread the tomato sauce on the naan bread, top with the mushrooms, and pour the pizza cheese over the top. Bake for about ten minutes on the middle rack using top/bottom heat.
