Vegan: Platter for Two
The perfect vegan: platter for two recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 medium sized Potatoes
- 3 medium sized Carrots
- 2 tbsp Vegetable salt *
- 20 piece Mushrooms
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 pole Coconut oil
- 2 piece Vegan rice patties
- 2 piece My vegetable salt *
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the potatoes and carrots, wash and cut lengthways, boil them in a vegetable stock and season the water with vegetable salt.
- Dice the rice patties, toss in coconut oil, cut the leek and let it sear a little.
- Then add the brown mushrooms, which have been cleaned and sliced, season with a little vegetable salt and simmer everything together well.
- Round off the whole thing well with salt and pepper.
Serving
- Place the cooked potatoes with the carrots on a plate, trap a little on the edge, then place the mushroom pan in the middle and sprinkle with fresh parsley and just enjoy.
