Vegan: Platter for Two

The perfect vegan: platter for two recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 medium sized Potatoes
  • 3 medium sized Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable salt *
  • 20 piece Mushrooms
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 1 pole Coconut oil
  • 2 piece Vegan rice patties
  • 2 piece My vegetable salt *
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots, wash and cut lengthways, boil them in a vegetable stock and season the water with vegetable salt.
  2. Dice the rice patties, toss in coconut oil, cut the leek and let it sear a little.
  3. Then add the brown mushrooms, which have been cleaned and sliced, season with a little vegetable salt and simmer everything together well.
  4. Round off the whole thing well with salt and pepper.

Serving

  1. Place the cooked potatoes with the carrots on a plate, trap a little on the edge, then place the mushroom pan in the middle and sprinkle with fresh parsley and just enjoy.
