Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g quinoa
- 100 g peas
- 50g tofu
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs, fresh (e.g. parsley …)
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
vegan, high in protein, healthy
Cook the quinoa in 100 ml of vegetable stock until all the vegetable stock has evaporated. Meanwhile, dice the tofu, fry it in a little olive oil, and season. Then add the peas and fry briefly. Finally, add the quinoa and herbs. Serve with salad!
