Vegan: Rice Spaghetti with Mushrooms

The perfect vegan: rice spaghetti with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 handful Rice spaghett
  • 1 handful *************************
  • 4 tbsp Red palm oil
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 4 piece Garlic
  • 500 g Cut mushrooms

Cooking rice noodles

  1. Cook the pack of rice noodles in salted water or vegetable broth, then drain through a sieve and if you want, you can briefly chill the rice noodles in cold water, otherwise they will stick together.

Fry the mushrooms

  1. Brush the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Heat the palm oil in the pan and stew the onions first, then add the garlic cloves. Be careful with the garlic, it must not burn, otherwise it will become bitter.
  2. Now put the mushrooms in the pan and stir well, fry for a few minutes.
