Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g smoked tofu
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
  • 2 can/n pizza tomatoes or tomatoes in pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 150 ml red wine
  • Spice mix for grill and steak
  • Rapeseed oil or coconut oil for frying
  • 400g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple and very tasty

First, crumble the smoked tofu and dice the onions. Fry the tofu in a pan with oil. Once the tofu is slightly browned, add the onions and season with salt, pepper, and steak and grill seasoning. Season the tofu to taste. Then add the tomato paste and fry briefly again. Deglaze with the red wine and fry for a few more minutes. Then add the two cans of pizza tomatoes. Simmer for a few more minutes and season with garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as usual.
