delicious and healthy
Weigh the spinach, place it in a bowl or saucepan, and heat it in the microwave or on the stovetop for 4-5 minutes until it’s relatively hot and ready to eat. While it’s cooking, add salt, spices (if desired), and finely diced garlic. Then let it cool slightly. Mix the flour well with the spinach until it forms a relatively homogenous mass. Once the batter has cooled, pour it into a pan and form it into a pancake, about the size of a little finger, otherwise it will fall apart. Fry until crispy on both sides, if desired, and serve. While the pancake is cooking, you can pre-roast vegetables in the pan to serve as a topping with herb quark. Approx. 90 kcal per serving.
