Vegan sweet pancakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 ml carbonated mineral water
  • Margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Makes about 5 pancakes. Combine all ingredients one at a time in a bowl and stir until no lumps remain. Add a little margarine to a pan and fry the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
