Vegan: Vegan Mayonnaise

The perfect vegan: vegan mayonnaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For a tartar sauce

  • 2 cl Apple cider vinegar naturally cloudy
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt pepper
  • 1 pinch Xucker
  • Sugar or xylitol
  • 200 ml Neutral oil
  • Sunflower oil
  • ****************************
  • 1 tsp My vegetable salt *
  1. The soy milk MUST !!! Have room temperature, put in a container, add the ingredients, except for the oil, and while mixing, let the oil run in slowly and mix vigorously.
  2. 2nd tip: I started in the small mixer, but then had to transfer to the big one, because it has more watts and you need that for the mayonnaise, otherwise it won’t set.
  3. I used them for a pasta salad …. unfortunately no pictures were taken
