Vegan: Vegan Mayonnaise
The perfect vegan: vegan mayonnaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For a tartar sauce
- 2 cl Apple cider vinegar naturally cloudy
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Salt pepper
- 1 pinch Xucker
- Sugar or xylitol
- 200 ml Neutral oil
- Sunflower oil
- ****************************
- 1 tsp My vegetable salt *
- The soy milk MUST !!! Have room temperature, put in a container, add the ingredients, except for the oil, and while mixing, let the oil run in slowly and mix vigorously.
- 2nd tip: I started in the small mixer, but then had to transfer to the big one, because it has more watts and you need that for the mayonnaise, otherwise it won’t set.
