Vegan Mayonnaise
The perfect vegan mayonnaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 ml Unsweetened soy milk
- 300 ml Rapeseed oil
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Kala Namak (or normal salt)
- 1 Msp Sweet paprika
- 1 Msp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Put the soy milk in the microwave for a few seconds until it is lukewarm. Pour into a tall, narrow container.
- Then add the oil and mix immediately with a hand blender until it has a creamy consistency.
- Finally, season to taste with the remaining ingredients and mix well again.
- If the consistency is too firm, just add a little more soy milk. If it is too liquid, add a little more oil. It is best to leave it relatively liquid because it will become a little firmer in the refrigerator.
