Vegan Mayonnaise

The perfect vegan mayonnaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 ml Unsweetened soy milk
  • 300 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Kala Namak (or normal salt)
  • 1 Msp Sweet paprika
  • 1 Msp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  1. Put the soy milk in the microwave for a few seconds until it is lukewarm. Pour into a tall, narrow container.
  2. Then add the oil and mix immediately with a hand blender until it has a creamy consistency.
  3. Finally, season to taste with the remaining ingredients and mix well again.
  4. If the consistency is too firm, just add a little more soy milk. If it is too liquid, add a little more oil. It is best to leave it relatively liquid because it will become a little firmer in the refrigerator.
