Vegan vegetable stir-fry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 potatoes, cooked
  • some sea salt
  • some pepper from the mill
  • some olive oil for frying
  • some chives
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes and fry them in a little oil. Peel and slice the onion and bell pepper, then sauté them along with the other ingredients in a pan over low heat until tender.
