Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, brush them, and boil them with their skins on. Drain and let them cool briefly. Peel them if desired (you can leave the skin on if you prefer), and then quarter them. Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until light brown, add the butter and let it melt. Toss the potatoes in the butter and season with herb salt and pepper. We serve these potatoes as a side dish or with a quark or sour cream dip as a light dinner.
