Vegetable broth without salt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 mushrooms
  • 5 onions, red
  • 1 large celery
  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 m.-large onion(s), white
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 13 hours

vegan, dried

Grate all the vegetables finely using a food processor. Then dry the vegetables in a dehydrator at 50°C for about 12 hours. The smaller you cut the vegetables, the faster they will dry. Once the vegetables are dry, grind them even finely and store them in an airtight container. I use these vegetables for my personal broth. You can, of course, expand the quantity as desired, or you can omit some of them.
