Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
with peppers, leeks, potatoes, cheese and ham
Wash the peppers, onion, potatoes, and leek, peel if necessary, and cut into very small pieces. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season with the spices indicated. Since this is purely a matter of taste, I haven’t specified the quantities of the spices. Line a 40 x 30 cm baking pan with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 40 minutes. We like to serve it with a green salad and/or quark dip! It tastes almost better reheated.
