Vegetable Chips
The perfect vegetable chips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Sweet potato
- 1 Potato
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- 0,5 Aubergine
- 9 Radish
- Salt
- Hot pepper spice
- Chilli from the mill
- Curry
- Olive oil
- Wash the vegetables thoroughly and slice them with the skin into thin slices, the thinner the crispier the chips, put them in a bowl.
- Mix the oil and the spices and pour over the vegetables, mix carefully. The amount of spice depends on the amount of vegetables.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the vegetable chips side by side on it and dab with a kitchen towel.
- Now off to the 120c. Put a wooden spoon in the hot oven for about 50-60 minutes so that the steam can come out and the chips get crispy.
