The perfect vegetable chips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Carrot
  • 0,5 Aubergine
  • 9 Radish
  • Salt
  • Hot pepper spice
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Curry
  • Olive oil
  1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and slice them with the skin into thin slices, the thinner the crispier the chips, put them in a bowl.
  2. Mix the oil and the spices and pour over the vegetables, mix carefully. The amount of spice depends on the amount of vegetables.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the vegetable chips side by side on it and dab with a kitchen towel.
  4. Now off to the 120c. Put a wooden spoon in the hot oven for about 50-60 minutes so that the steam can come out and the chips get crispy.
