Ingredients

  • 750 g Flour
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • Salt
  • Water
  • 500 g Salsiccia sausage with fennel
  • 50 g Parsley
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Marjoram

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead into a dough. The dough must not contain any air bubbles and must be uniform in consistency. For the filling, simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
  • Then roll out the dough and cut out a circle. Brush the dough circles with egg yolk, then place the filling on top and press the two sides together so that they are tightly closed. Cook in salted water for 15 minutes. Finally fry in butter and serve.
  • Marinate the field lettuce to taste. For the vegetable chips, cut the vegetables of your choice into thin slices and coat them thinly on both sides with sugar syrup. Then spread the chips on a baking sheet (with baking paper) and bake for several hours at a maximum of 70 degrees.
