Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g wholemeal pasta, cooked
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- ½ bell pepper
- ½ zucchini
- 1 tomato(s)
- some shrimp
- salt and pepper
- chili flakes
- Paprika powder
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the bell pepper, tomato, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces and fry them in oil with a little garlic. Fry the shrimp in a separate pan. Add the cooked pasta to the vegetables and about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese. Mix everything together and season to taste. Serve with the shrimp on top.
