Vegetable cream schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 2 large carrots
  • 4 shallots
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tsp sauce powder (gravy)
  • some water
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

so simple and so delicious!

Wash the pork schnitzels, pat dry, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat in flour. Fry the schnitzels in a pan until golden brown on both sides. Then remove from the pan. Trim and chop the vegetables and mushrooms. Then fry them in the fat. Add the cream and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Mix the sauce powder with a little water and add the gravy. Add the schnitzels to the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Ribbon noodles go very well with this dish. Serve with cucumber salad in yogurt dressing as a side dish.
